We come to your space, take precise measurements, and develop a design based on your style and how you use the room. We work from your architect's drawings or design from scratch.

Choose your wood species, paint or stain finish, door profile, and hardware. We walk you through the options and make sure your selections work together.

Built in Wichita
Your cabinetry is built in our Wichita shop on your project schedule. No waiting on a supplier's production queue. We control the timeline.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long do custom cabinets take compared to ordering from a supplier?
Supplier cabinet orders commonly take many weeks and arrive built to catalog sizes. Because we build in our own Wichita shop, our cabinetry is typically ready weeks sooner, built to your exact dimensions, and if anything needs adjusting during install the shop that built it is minutes away, not states away.
Is cabinet refacing or full replacement better?
Refacing makes sense when the boxes are sound and you only want new doors, drawer fronts, and finish. Replacement makes sense when the layout, storage, or box condition is the real problem. We will tell you honestly which one your kitchen needs; we build for both.
What can your shop build besides kitchen cabinets?
Bathroom vanities, pantries, closets, built-ins, entertainment centers, wet bars, and commercial casework like reception desks and breakroom cabinetry. If it is cabinetry or architectural millwork, it comes off our floor.
Do you install what you build?
Yes. The same team that measures your space and builds the piece installs it. There is no handoff between a cabinet maker and an unrelated installer, so fit problems get solved by the people who can actually fix them.
Can you match an existing style or stain?
That is one of the main reasons people come to a shop instead of a catalog. We match door profiles, wood species, and finishes so an addition or repair blends with what you already have.
Do I have to be doing a full remodel to order millwork?
No. We take standalone millwork projects, from a single vanity to a full kitchen of cabinets, whether or not JAKS is doing the surrounding construction.
