A ground-up six-unit residential building, taken from sitework through finish. Repeated unit layouts let the schedule gain come from sequencing trades unit to unit rather than rushing any single one.
New home construction servicesA full tenant improvement for Walk Your Plans Wichita: light-gauge steel partitions, mechanical and electrical coordination overhead, then finishes and a fitted breakroom with cabinetry and floating shelves from our own shop.
Commercial servicesA walk-in pantry fitted out with stained cabinetry and open shelving from our Wichita shop: butcher block counters, a full-height rotating corner unit, and appliance storage sized to what the family actually owns.
Millwork servicesA combined kitchen and living remodel rebuilt around new cabinetry from our own shop: full-height pantry cabinets, a granite island with a gas cooktop, tile flooring, and new lighting throughout.
Remodel services
A wet bar for a finished basement: stained base cabinets, granite counter, undermount sink with a filtered tap, and floating shelves cut to match. Because the casework comes out of our own shop, the finish matches the rest of the house instead of the nearest catalogue option.
Millwork services
New siding across the rear elevation plus an elevated deck on masonry piers, with cable railing and steel stringers down to the patio. A covered section keeps part of it usable through a Kansas summer.
