Wichita and the communities around it.
Our shop is on East Kellogg in Wichita. Everything we build goes out from there, and the surrounding towns are close enough that being on site the same day is normal rather than exceptional.
Communities
Each town permits differently. That is the part worth knowing.
Wichita, Andover, and Derby are three separate building jurisdictions with three separate permit desks. We hold contractor licenses across the metro rather than Wichita alone, so we pull your permits ourselves wherever you are building.

In Butler County with its own building department, so its permits do not run through the Wichita office. New homes, remodeling, millwork, and roofing.
