Bel Aire is in Sedgwick County but handles its own permits and inspections rather than contracting them to the county MABCD office. It is on the shorter list of metro cities that do: Bel Aire, Derby, Kechi, and Park City.
We hold licenses across the metro jurisdictions rather than Wichita alone, so your Bel Aire permits are pulled by us and the review window is built into the schedule up front. That is the practical difference between a contractor who works this whole metro and one who works Wichita proper and treats everything else as an exception.
