Finish Carpenter

Full-time, hourly · Wichita, KS

$24 to $30 per hour, plus a $150 monthly quality bonus for zero-callback months

Apply

You are a finish carpenter who can run small jobs alone. Our trade partners build the big scopes; your work is what the client sees when the job is done: trim, doors, cabinets, punch lists, warranty fixes, and service calls for our commercial accounts. You get an address and a scope, and the job comes back done, photographed, and billed to the right code.

Full role details

What you will do

  • Trim and finish carpentry, door and hardware installs, drywall patch and paint, tile repair, fixture swaps
  • Close punch lists on remodels, new builds, and tenant improvements
  • Service calls for our commercial accounts
  • Install cabinets and millwork from our own Wichita shop
  • Warranty visits: diagnose, fix or schedule the fix, document

What we are looking for

  • Carpentry is your trade: trim, doors, hardware, cabinets, plus honest judgment about what needs a licensed trade
  • Works alone off a scope; photos uploaded and time coded daily
  • Courteous and presentable in occupied homes and open businesses
  • Valid driver’s license, clean record, own hand tools; able to lift 75 lbs

Sales & Business Development

Full-time · Wichita, KS

$85,000 to $110,000 realistic year one ($50,000 base + 7% uncapped commission on collected revenue)

Apply

This is the growth seat at a Wichita general contractor. Our marketing brings a steady stream of leads across commercial projects, new home builds, remodeling, and custom millwork; you turn them into signed projects, then grow the book with property managers, developers, architects, and builders. A senior seat with real earning power.

Full role details

What you will do

  • Respond to every inbound lead the same day; qualify for fit, budget, and timeline
  • Run site visits and consultations: measure, photograph, scope, set expectations honestly
  • Build and present proposals in person or by call, then close and collect deposits
  • Open new accounts for our millwork and cabinetry shop ($750 per account plus 1% of first-year revenue)
  • Log everything in the CRM; report weekly on pipeline and revenue against target

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years of construction, in-home, or B2B sales with a track record you can show
  • Enough construction knowledge to scope a kitchen, a home build, or a commercial finish package credibly
  • Fast, consistent follow-up habits and CRM discipline
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable record; comfortable on active jobsites

Project Coordinator

Full-time · Wichita, KS

$50,000 to $60,000 per year, plus a quarterly performance bonus up to $4,000 per year

Apply

You keep projects moving between the field and the office. Schedules, permits, purchase orders, trade partner coordination, and customer updates all run through you. When a job stalls, you find out why and fix it. This role lives in our project management software and you will become the expert in it.

Full role details

What you will do

  • Maintain project schedules and task lists; keep every active job’s status current
  • Pull and track permits with the City of Wichita and MABCD; schedule inspections and log results
  • Create purchase orders, order materials, confirm delivery dates against the schedule
  • Schedule and confirm trade partners; collect insurance certificates and W-9s before anyone sets foot on site
  • Keep customers informed and assemble closeout packages; track job costs and flag overruns early

What we are looking for

  • 2+ years in construction project coordination, permit running, or construction office administration
  • Working knowledge of construction sequencing
  • Organized and deadline-driven; you track twenty open items without dropping one
  • Clear, professional communication with customers, inspectors, suppliers, and trades

Field Coordinator

Full-time, hourly · Wichita, KS

$19 to $23 per hour, plus a $150 monthly clean-month bonus

Apply

You are our eyes, hands, and wheels across active jobsites. You are not swinging a hammer all day and you are not running the whole project; you make sure every site has what it needs, the trades show up where they should, and the office knows what actually happened today.

Full role details

What you will do

  • Visit active jobsites daily; walk each site and report conditions, progress, and problems
  • Take clear progress photos every visit and upload them with notes the same day
  • Meet material deliveries: confirm the order, stage it where the crew needs it, reject damaged goods
  • Coordinate trade partners on site and flag conflicts before they collide
  • Meet inspectors on site and relay results immediately; keep sites presentable, safe, and locked up

What we are looking for

  • Reliable to a fault: on time, every day, phone answered
  • Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, comfortable driving all day
  • Basic construction literacy: the trades, the sequence, and what right and wrong look like on a site
  • Smartphone-comfortable and good with people; able to lift 50 lbs in all seasons
